Transcript:

My name is Elli Krandel. My pronouns are she/her/hers.

What is something that you love about Chicago?

I live in Andersonville. And my favorite thing about Chicago is all the different neighborhoods. I love exploring, trying new foods, and just being able to see so many other things all in one city.

Why are you a monthly sustainer at Crossroads Fund?

Crossroads Fund supports grassroots organizations in communities by communities for the community. And I know that when I’m donating to Crossroads, my money is going where I want it to go, supporting really important causes, whether I’m directly connected to them or not.

And being a sustaining donor means I know that even after a month, I continue to donate and support this important work on an ongoing basis and provide stability for the organization. Being a monthly donor means I don’t have to worry about it. I know I continue supporting important work happening throughout the city.
