We have seen the benefit of cultivating leaders–more stable organizations, better capacity to engage in activities for social justice, and more change in our communities. The Building Strong Leaders Fund provides resources to support Crossroads Fund staff, board members, and grantees to explore opportunities and trainings, which will build the next generation of leaders.
