Crossroads Fund is a public foundation, which means that we raise every dollar that we give out in grants, and all of our program expenses. We grow and thrive through the support of a network of progressive individuals, businesses, and foundations, who pool their resources to help create social and economic justice. Our board members, grantmaking committee, and staff are drawn from our community, and share a committment to racial, social, and economic justice.
